Booking
Your booking is considered fixed if the deposit has been credited to our account for your holiday or if it has been confirmed in writing. If the deposit does not reach us until the agreed date, the reservation expires. We inform you about the amount of the deposit and bank details in the reservation correspondence.

Payment
You can pay for your room bill during your stay or at the latest on your departure. We ask you to pay in cash as we cannot accept credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy
No cancellation fee up to 3 months prior to date of arrival (excluding processing fees)
40% of the total price payable up to 1 months prior to date of arrival
70% of the total price payable up to 2 weeks prior to date of arrival
100% of the total price payable for the 2 weeks prior to date of arrival, and in the event of a no-show
For late arrivals, non-arrival of individual persons or early departure 100% of the total price is payable.
